High quality heat treatment is necessary to achieve full potential of the Tool steel / Machinery steel. It improves resistance against common failure mechanisms and increases overall performance. For your benefit, we are committed to support you with the most appropriate service.
Our steels are normally delivered in the soft annealed condition, to make it easier for tool makers to machine. The steel can then easily be heat treated according to the tool user’s specific needs. Misr Sweden can support you with heat treatment services such as: Hardening / Tempering / Preheating / Nitriding / Nitro Carburizing / Carburizing / Stress Reliving
The services are provided in our own facilities as below:
Fluidized bed furnaces with working facility up to dimension: 600 x 1000 mm depth
Controlled atmosphere furnace up to: 620 x 1720 mm
5 Furnaces that work with inert industrial gases, up to dimension: 500 x 900 mm depth
We are Heat Treating almost 50 Tons of manufactured parts as shown above to serve mentioned Industries.
